In February, I took an amazing trip to do some travel photography in Central Europe. On this trip I visited three cities: Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. The historic castles, cathedrals and even just the streets designed for a time without cars were nothing short of inspiring for this architect-turned-photographer. While the visits were brief (I only spent about 3 days in each city), I found a wealth of material to work with and I can’t wait to return to any of these cities to get to know the place and culture a bit more. Below is are a few of my favorite photos from each city starting with Prague, then Vienna and, finally, Budapest. There are a mixture of street photos and landmarks such as Prague Castle, the interior of St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, and the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest. Several of these photographs and more will be made available in my gallery store.
