Lisa and Kyle’s Vintage Estate wedding was a feast for the eyes. Kirsten Kakarigi of KMK Design lead the styling, planning and floral efforts and did an incredible job enhancing the already beautiful venue, Vintage Estate. Heidi Johnson (the Wedding DeTailor) was a magnificent asset during portrait time, also ensuring that the dresses were immaculately steamed, and adorned. The day started at the North Block Hotel in Yountville, a charming hotel down the street from the Vintage Estate, before their first look. Kyle, calm and collected as he got ready, became more anxious as he waited for Lisa, who would arrive dressed in a stunning couture gown by Inbal Dror. His expression was priceless (and beyond appropriate).
Guests were welcomed to the beautiful singing and guitar work of singer-songwriter Madeline Tasquin, who has a folksy french flavor, performing some original work for the ceremony itself (her music is available on Spotify and I highly recommend checking her out!). Their officiant, Andrew, was a close friend who delivered one of the most entertaining, theatrical, and heart-warming services I have witnessed as a photographer. And friends and family showered Lisa and Kyle with flower petals as they raced down the aisle as husband and wife. Cocktails were enjoyed on the lawn as dusk turned to night and guests enjoyed dinner over candle light and under strings of market lights. After a few toasts and making their rounds to the tables, Lisa and Kyle welcomed their friends and family into the Barrel Room for the cake and dancing to round out the night. Below are some highlights from this stunning Vintage Estate wedding…
