Savi & Peter are from NYC but are big fans of California’s wine country, so they decided to come out to Healdsburg for their Madrona Hotel wedding. The Madrona Hotel overlooks the Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County and is well-known for its Michelin Starred restaurant. The property is gorgeous and with the perfect September weather made for the perfect canvas for their wedding. Opting for a somewhat more traditional approach, Peter wasn’t able to see how stunning Savi looked in her Pnina Tornai gown until she was coming down the aisle. After their ceremony, they had a quiet moment of reflection and celebration for just the two of them before we spent some time for portraits and family formals. Following the cocktail hour, the reception was kicked off with the Jewish hora and chair dance (those who know me, know that’s one of my favorite things to photograph). Family and friends enjoyed an incredible meal created under executive chef Jesse Mallgren. And after their dinner and toasts, Savi and Peter kicked off dessert by cutting the cake and guests were ushered inside to enjoy the sweets table and some photobooth fun. And the amazing band Cover Me Badd provided the music for the dancing after Savi and Peter enjoyed their first dance as newlyweds. But enough words… you know the drill–my favorite photos from this gorgeous Madrona Hotel wedding follows! Enjoy!
