With planning and design by Mandy Scott Events, the day started with Meghan and Sam getting ready separately at the Fairmont. As the excitement built, you could feel the anticipation in the air. Meghan looked absolutely radiant in her gown from Jin Wang Bridal, with hair and makeup done to perfection by Dreamcatcher Artistry. At the same time, Sam, looking sharp in his custom tux from Men’s Custom Fit by Carol, got ready alongside his groomsmen, making sure every detail was in place.

As the preparations wrapped up, Meghan and Sam shared a first look in the Fairmont Penthouse, and it couldn’t have been more magical. The sweeping views of the city, combined with the grandeur of the penthouse, created the perfect atmosphere. When Meghan approached Sam, the moment was full of joy and anticipation. Sam’s reaction—an incredible mix of awe and love—was the kind of moment you can’t forget.

From there, the couple, along with their guests, made their way to Sts. Peter & Paul Cathedral in North Beach for the ceremony. The iconic church, with its breathtaking architecture, set the stage for a deeply meaningful exchange of vows. With family and friends gathered around, the grandeur of the cathedral added to the significance of the moment, making it all the more memorable.

After the ceremony, guests returned to the Fairmont San Francisco for a rooftop cocktail hour in the garden. The setting was perfect, with stunning views and a relaxed vibe that allowed everyone to enjoy the afternoon sun. It was a seamless transition into the evening’s festivities, setting the tone for the celebration to come. Soon after, the reception unfolded in the Fairmont’s iconic Gold Ballroom. The ballroom’s opulent decor, enhanced by vibrant floral arrangements from Wish Social Events, created an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

As the evening progressed, Smash City SF brought the energy, keeping the dance floor packed all night long. The live music added an incredible vibe, while Last Wave Productions handled the DJ and lighting, ensuring the perfect party atmosphere. In addition, the wedding cake, designed by Inticing Creations, was a stunning centerpiece, while custom paper goods by Union Street Papery added a personal touch to the overall design.
