Frances and David’s Palm Event Center Wedding day kicked off at the Courtyard Livermore where they got ready and exchanged notes and gifts. I could tell as soon as Frances started reading her note from David that it would be an emotionally rich day. And one of my favorite moments was being in the limo with Frances, her bridesmaids and her parents as they sang on the way to church. Instead of a first look, they decided to do a “First Prayer” upon arriving at the Palm Event Center in the Vineyard. They clutched hands from opposite sides of the door and shared a truly beautiful and touching moment. Afterwards both retreated to their respective hideaways and anxiously waited for the ceremony to begin. The service was lovely with personal vows, with equal parts laughter and joyful tears. Following the ceremony we took advantage of the beautiful light and surrounding vistas and scenery of the Palm Event Center grounds. Their high energy continued as they danced their way into the reception with the rest of the wedding party. The evening was peppered with heartfelt toasts and a couple performances from family members. The night continued with a traditional money dance and then, well, more dancing!
