Julia and David’s Culinary Institute of America wedding in St. Helena was as emotional and classy as they come. Their day was orchestrated smoothly by Kristen Jenson of Sugar Rush Events. The wedding party got ready at a nearby private residence but Julia saved the final piece for the CIA at Greystone, where her parents joined in and her mother helped her with the gown. Julia and David’s family and wedding party watched from the windows as they experienced their first look. Their ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the courtyard nestled between the Cannard Herb Garden and the Historic Greystone Cellars building. The reception was held in the Vintners Hall of Fame, which was lit beautifully by Verducci’s and accented with the floral design of Poppystone and candlelight. After a few moving toasts and a delicious dinner, Julia and David paved the way to the dance floor with their first dance. Here are some of my favorite photographs from the day:
