Tove & Lyle’s wedding this summer was truly one of a kind. The reception and festivities were held at Lyle’s parents’ home, with the ceremony taking place down a short trail at a viewpoint overlooking the Sonoma valley. The dinner tables were decorated with books and favorite passages from their favorite novels. A handmade wall of paper cranes set the backdrop behind the couple as they enjoyed pizza and tacos — staples of California cuisine (at least for me). After a round of toasts, they moved back up towards the house as friends and family circled around and watched their first dance from the porch and the second floor balcony.
